According to reports, BlackRock’s tokenized money market fund BUIDL announced a dividend of more than $10 million in May, a record high for a single month. Since its launch, the fund has paid out $43.4 million in dividends and currently manages $2.91 billion. BUIDL is launched by BlackRock in cooperation with Securitize, and the investment targets include U.S. Treasury bonds, cash and repurchase agreements, and tokens are issued through 7 blockchains such as Ethereum and a blockchain. In the May dividend, Ethereum network tokens accounted for 93.7% (about $9.37 million), and the rest of the chains together accounted for 6.3%.
