Less watching and less moving is a common action during the coin hoarding period. If you watch too much, it becomes easy to let go. Just make sure to log in and buy a little when you have spare money.
Although I've experienced a lot, seeing more still affects my mindset. It's important to maintain a good mindset. I leveraged in the US stock market some time ago, but recently reduced my positions.
