Bitcoin Turns Green, ETF Records US$600 Million Inflow at the Start of the Week Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Spot Bitcoin (BTC) in the United States (US) received a total inflow of US$667 million or nearly Rp11 trillion, on Monday (19/05). This occurred at the same time when Bitcoin soared to US$107,000. In detail, the iShares Bitcoin Trust Spot ETF (IBIT) owned by BlackRock leads the inflow with an incoming fund of US$305.9 million. Next, followed by the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) amounting to US$188 million. Not only that, several Spot ETFs also experienced inflows, namely Ark 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB), Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB), and VanEck Bitcoin (HODL) with US$155 million, US$16 million, and US$7.4 million respectively. However, the Bitwise Bitcoin Strategy Optimum Roll ETF (BTCO) experienced an outflow of US$5.3 million. The rest did not record any fund flow at all. Potential: Overall, BTC has bullish potential in the medium to long term (3-12 months) due to strong fundamental support from ETF inflows, the halving effect, and institutional adoption. However, in the short term, there is a risk of consolidation or a slight correction as technical indicators show weakening momentum and potential overbought conditions. Investors are advised to monitor the support level of US$100,000 and the resistance level of US$108,000, as well as stay alert to macroeconomic news and regulations. Always conduct your own research and manage risks carefully, considering the high volatility of the crypto market.
