Dear user, hello. It may be because the trigger price has not been reached: If the latest price or mark price does not meet the trigger price conditions, the take profit and stop loss orders will not be triggered. This means that the latest price/mark price needs to reach the trigger price you set for the take profit and stop loss orders to be activated. It may also be that you have enabled price difference protection: There is an option for price difference protection in the contract settings. When you enable this option, if the price difference between the latest price, mark price, or index price exceeds the threshold set by the system, the take profit and stop loss orders will be rejected. You can contact online customer service with relevant trading screenshots to help you further verify and process.
Why hasn't my stop loss order been executed?
