How to Withdraw USDT with Zero Fee (Gate.io App)
Open the Gate.io App and click on “Wallet” - “Withdrawal” - “Withdraw to Address”.
Go to “Choose a Coin” and search for “USDT”.
Enter “Withdraw to Address”, and select “TRX” as the chain. Enter or paste the “Withdraw Address” (users can also directly scan the wallet address QR code). The “Address Deion” is optional. Users can describe in detail the withdrawal address. The address will be saved after a successful withdrawal for convenience next time. After filling in the “Withdrawal amount”, please ensure the address and amount information are correct and click “Apply for withdrawal to address”.
When withdrawing, please make sure the following:
If you choose EOS in the chain, you must copy the address link and add the note Memo. EOS blockchain uses the same mainnet address for asset transfers, so everyone has the same mainnet address. If you do not fill in or make a mistake when filling in the memo, the transfer will not be recognized by the EOS network. As a result, the user will suffer losses.
In order to withdraw USDT without fees, make sure the chain that accepts USDT wallets is the same as the chain selected on Gate.io, both of which are Tron/TRC20. If the chain you choose for your platform is Tron/TRC20, but the chain for your wallet is ETH/ERC20, you may not be able to retrieve your digital assets.
Make sure your withdrawal address and withdrawal amount are correct.
What should I do if the withdrawal to my wallet takes a long time to arrive?
Make sure your withdrawal request has been reviewed and the trade has been sent out. Please contact customer service for more information if the trade has not been sent out.
If the trade has been sent out by Gate.io and the trading is completed, but the trading information is not available at https://block.info/index, it means that the miner has not yet packaged the trading information. You will need to wait for a period of time (5-10 minutes) for the miner to finish packing before the trade is deemed successful.
If the trade is not available on block.info for more than 10 minutes, it is possible that the trade has been abandoned. In this case, please contact gate.io customer service and ask for another trade to be sent.
