Gate Charity's "Highlands Hope" Event Brought Joy to Children in Dak Nong Province, Vietnam

Gate Charity, Gate Group’s non-profit philanthropic organization, successfully organized its “Highlands Hope” event on May 15th and 16th, 2024, in Village 80, Dak R’mang commune, Dak Glong District, Dak Nong Province. Located approximately 300 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City, this mountainous region lacks basic living conditions for its residents, particularly the children.

In collaboration with the Cooperative of Dak R’mang commune, Gate Charity aimed to address the pressing needs of the community by providing essential support, including food, nutrition, clothing, and water. Many families in this remote area face hardships exacerbated by their distance from urban centers and limited access to resources, including the Internet.

During the event, Gate Charity facilitated various activities designed to uplift the spirits of the children and bring joy to their lives. Volunteers prepared nutritious meals, distributed food donations, and engaged in interactive sessions to foster a sense of community and companionship. The highlight of the event was a special happy meal cooked by the Gate Charity team, bringing smiles to the faces of the children and spreading hope throughout the village.
