Sharing Hope Through Art: Gate Charity and Ludium Join Force to Uplift Underprivileged Children

In another effort to uplift underprivileged children in South Korea, Gate Charity joined forces with Ludium, a Web3 education platform, to co-host a charitable initiative and NFT-powered event. The “Sharing Hope Through Art” initiative saw children create unique artwork to be further leveraged for their care.

On December 18, 2023, Gate Charity and Ludium volunteers visited the Dongmyeong Children’s Welfare Center in Seoul, South Korea. During the visit, they held an art session where children in the center’s care were inspired to draw animals they wished to meet and play with. Each piece of uniquely drawn artwork was then copied to be transferred onto the blockchain and will be minted as NFTs, providing additional support for the welfare center.

In addition to the artwork session, the volunteers delivered various supplies and provided snacks for the day. By the end of the visit, each child had a chance to express their creativity and spend meaningful time with the volunteers.

Later, the volunteers will return on December 25 to celebrate Christmas with the children and spread holiday joy and spirit. Additionally, they will ensure that the donations are delivered and received in full.
