Q1: So let’s start by getting to know what Ternoa is, could you explain it and its main features?

Mickael: Sure!
Ternoa is the augmented NFT blockchain. Our technology adds unique utility to the everyday NFT by encrypting them and allowing users to store data within them for the long-term. We also add sending protocols and other actions, meaning a user can send an NFT, with private data within, to whomever, whenever they please, even after their death!

Our augmented NFTs can be used to create numerous DApps for personal use, real-world businesses, games, crypto, metaverse/VR oriented use cases, and more. Even celebrities or artists can create a Ternoa NFT, adding exclusive songs or art within and then selling it to their fans.

On the more technical side, the Ternoa blockchain is powered by Polkadot and built off of Substrate Framework. Having started 1 year ago, we are currently on testnet and have our own beta version Ternoa Wallet application, as well as a few DApps available. Mainnet will launch in early 2022.

Q2: So to further understand. What are some examples of use cases for Ternoa?

Mickael: One example is our Time Capsules, made for the general public to benefit in creating an NFT time capsule, adding any important private info they’d like, and choosing a recipient and when they will receive it, for example in a few years, or even after the user has died. We also are working with other celebrities, for example, Kyan Khojandi and Jérôme Le Banner, creating augmented NFTs with them for their fans, holding Secret content within, for example VIP tickets for life, or a ticket to visit them in person.

Use cases can also apply to more real-world companies and associations, for example notaries to provide their clients post-mortem data transmission options (like our death protocol), and even lawyers and hospitals providing a safe space for data encryption and storage.

We are actually really interested in seeing what the community has in mind for use cases of our NFT technology, and have just launched a grant program to motivate developers in creating some!

Q3: What has Ternoa achieved so far? Can you note future goals as well?

Mickael: In only 1 year, Ternoa has accomplished a lot. Including:
🌎 Growing a community of over 160k people
📲 A Wallet application released in July and installed by over 80k users
🚀 Testnet launched in September
🖼 Over 200k NFT minted on our testnet
🌐 100+ Nodes installed in the world
🤝 60+ international partners supporting and investing in the project, including Mr. Beast, Master Ventures, Binance NFT, Elrond, Polygon, and more!

Our goal for the next few months is to get the maximum amount of DApps ready for the launch of our mainnet launch by the end of Q1 2022, so that they can display all the different functionalities and opportunities our technology can give. We already have 16 DApps under review, and 7 already being created in collaboration with companies, celebrities, crypto teams and more!

Q4: And how about your token $CAPS? Can you tell us more about it and the benefits for holders?

We are always looking for new ways to reward our community! We have farming, LPs and rewards on PancakeSwap, Raydium, Uniswap, Apeswap, Alpaca, Gate.io, Ascendex, and Cropper Finance. We also recently released nodes, and our launchpad for CAPS holders to benefit from early investment rewards.

The token’s utility is being the key to our blockchain governance for creating time capsules/SecretNFTs, making the Ternoa universe Flow. It also is a commodity, with a fixed supply of 2,5 billion tokens.

Everytime a NFT is minted, it requires 10 CAPS. And to put it more into perspective, just with testnet we have minted 100k NFTs in only 2 months, you can imagine with mainnet everyday the blockchain will be minting thousands of NFTs and naturally using CAPS.

Q5: Can you tell us more about your launchpad?

This platform allows CAPS holders to participate in early state, high quality projects developed on the Ternoa Blockchain.

CAPS holders can benefit from daily airdrops and NFT draw (with special rewards) from those upcoming DApps! To participate and start earning, there is a very simple hold-to-earn where users connect to the launchpad with their wallets holding a minimum of 10,000 CAPS. The more CAPS and the longer you hold, the higher the rewards!
