Q1: Can you share more about yourself and also how CMP was founded?

Matt: Hello everyone from the Gate.io community, with the in- depth cooperation between Caduceus and Gate.io, as well as a number of joint events organized by the two parties, I guess you should already know a lot about Caduceus. The Caduceus token $CMP has also been listed on Gate.io. This AMA will help you understand more potential value of $CMP and some upcoming development plans of Caduceus.

Caduceus is the first Metaverse protocol for decentralized edge Rendering, dedicated to providing decentralized Rendering, edge computing, 3D technology and XR extended reality technology for Metaverse developers and creators and other services. As you can see from our introduction, the underlying technologies we provide for the Metaverse are including blockchain technology, edge computing technology, computing resources, and Rendering resources derived from computing power.

Q2: For those who do not know what CMP is, can you briefly describe what CMP is all about?

Matt: The current business direction of Caduceus is in the Metaverse. The Metaverse itself is a virtual society generated by the synthesis of multiple new technologies, which makes the metaverse a highly real-time, highly interactive and highly immersive which will be very demanding on the computing power of terminal devices. Behind this innovation, it is inseparable from the support of edge computing, global distributed computing power and efficient Rendering services. Q3: Who are your competitors in this field? What advantage do you have over them?

For exAmple, Ethereum pays more attention to decentralization, while Caduceus, as a decentralized edge Rendering metaverse protocol specially built for the metaverse, pays more attention to performance and capacity, and we are more concerned about providing users with a space that can ensure that no resources are wasted, to meet the needs of users for computing power and capacity. Metaverse developers can use the lower cost, better environment to do a lot of experiments on Caduceus. Q4: What is the role of the $CMP token and can you tell us more about CMP token economics?

Matt: $CMP is the native coin in the Caduceus Metaverse Protocol, with a total supply of 1 billion. $CMP has been listed on Gate.io

CMP is mainly used as a value exchange medium for the Caduceus decentralized edge Rendering platform, providing computing power resources and value replacement for computing power providers and users.In addition, CMP can also be used as a circulation medium for ecological applications on the Caduceus chain. For exAmple, HAPE adopts CMP as the project ecological token. Users can perform a series of economic actions including purchase and interaction through CMP.HAPE will also use CMP as a governance token, and users can make community proposals or vote by staking CMP.

CMP token related mechanisms will also be announced in Q2-Q3 in 2022, including the introduction of the staking function of decentralized computing power nodes. Q5: What things/developments should users expect?

Matt: Our self-developed metaverse identity , metaverse editor, and GPU mining products will be officially announced this year. You can focus on Caduceus’ GPU mining products and future value applications related to CMP.

It is not difficult to see that if the demand for Caduceus’ Rendering nodes surges, the amount of CMP purchased by the official trading channel will also surge. If supply exceeds demand, then CMP will increase in price. Of course, what everyone cares about is whether there are so many Rendering resources. I am very confident to tell you here that Caduceus has been enriching the ecology of the public chain in addition to the business of Rendering computing power. It can be said that 60% of the applications deployed on our chain have Rendering needs.

Secondly, we are in other traditional industries. , such as film and television, games, entertainment and other industries have rich resources, and now they are all in the stage of signing agreements. It is worth mentioning that it is expected that in August 2022, the Rendering and distribution client of Caduceus will be officially launched, and multiple applications have been deployed.
