Competition Regions and Prize Pool** The competition will be held throughout the globe in 6 divisions: the Main Division, East Asia Division, Southeast Asia Division, Eastern Europe Division, Southeast Europe Division, and Latin America Division. Competition Rules** The following rules apply to futures team competitions, futures individual competitions, and spot individual competitions across all divisions: ➣ Competition 1: Futures team competition shares 70% of the prize pool in each division, with a max of $3,500,000 to be distributed across all divisions. (a) In each division, the teams are ranked according to the profit and trading volume respectively in participating teams. Among them, those profit rankings account for 60% of the prize pool of futures team competition, and those trading volume rankings account for 40% of the prize pool of futures team competition. (a) In each division, users who participate in the spot individual competition will be ranked according to spot trading volume. Competition Description** 1.Before the official registration ends, users still have the ticket to choose to join the futures team competition, go to form a team or join another team. 2.If the number of team members is still less than 5 before the end of the official registration, the team captain can disband the team, and team members can choose to join other teams or participate in the individual competition. If the number of team members is less than five after the end of official registration, and the team captain has not disbanded the team, the system will automatically disband the team, and the team members can join other teams by themselves within 24 hours after the disbanding. If a team member does not join another team within 24 hours after disbanding, the system will randomly assign him/her to another team. 3.The users that have successfully registered for the competition will be automatically assigned by the system to the corresponding division, which is the information we will verify in the KYC process. No trader is allowed to go beyond his/her own division to compete. 4.This competition is held across 6 divisions: Main Division, East Asia Division, Southeast Asia Division, Eastern Europe Division, Southeast Europe Division, and Latin America Division. Participation in the ROI ranking is limited to BTC/USDT perpetual and ETH/USDT perpetual trading pairs. 8.Trading volume calculation = Open position + Closed position (During the competition) 9.The winner(team and individual) must meet the requirements of futures trading volume ≥ 5,000 USDT during the competition. Early bird bonus will be issued within 5 days after the end of early bird registration. 10.For the team that has won the rewards of the team competition, the team captain will not repeatedly participate in the reward distribution among the team members when the internal rewards are distributed. Minimum 5 members and no limit for max members. 11.During the competition, once the user registers for the team competition, it cannot be changed, and the rewards of the individual competition and the team competition cannot be obtained at the same time. In the team competition, the ranking by profit and trading volume, as well as the ranking by profit rate and trading volume in the individual competition. If any user registers multiple accounts with one IP, or logs into the website with multiple accounts via one Gate.io App, he/she can only be rewarded for the prizes won under one account. 13.In [Event 5: Bring home a car!], the prize won by a team will be given to the team captain, while the reward won by an individual trader will be distributed to the trader himself/herself. 14.If you win a car in [Event 5: Bring home a car!], we have to order the car to be manufactured for you. So you have to wait to receive its delivery, as the manufacturing of it involves a long process of order submission, production, transportation, and so on. The winner of the Tesla Model 3 will have the privilege of specifying their preferred delivery location (country/region). However, the chosen destination should not impose taxes on the vehicle that would result in a total cost exceeding the after-tax price of the same car purchased in Hong Kong. 15.Participants can only participate in this competition with one account, and the sub-account doesn’t count.
