gate Announcement on Holdings share consolidation and NAV adjustment of (BCH5S, UNI5L, SHIB5L, DOT5L, and ASTR3L) ETF products

To enhance the trading experience and optimize price accuracy, gate will sequentially merge the shares of BCH5S, UNI5L, SHIB5L, DOT5L, ASTR3L ETF leveraged Tokens on 2025-03-07 14:00:00 (UTC+8).

Share Consolidation Details

1. Trading suspended We will suspend trading of related ETF leveraged tokens around 13:55:00 (UTC+8) on March 7, 2025, and automatically cancel all unfilled orders.
2. Share Consolidation Process On March 7, 2025 14:00:00 (UTC+8), we will take snapshots of users’ ETF leveraged token holdings in sequence and merge the shares at a ratio of 1000:1. For example, 1,000 old BCH5S Tokens will be merged into 1 new BCH5S Token, while the NAV per unit will correspondingly increase by (NAV).

The merger is expected to be completed before 15:30:00 7th March 2025 (UTC+8), and trading will resume accordingly if completed ahead of schedule.

Important tips After the share consolidation, the market price will undergo a significant adjustment according to the new net asset value. Please pay attention to the price changes before placing an order. 2. K-line (candlestick chart) data will be adjusted accordingly, gate provides adjusted K-line data to optimize user experience. 3. API users, please note that this adjustment may affect your order operations, please update the relevant parameters promptly to ensure smooth trading.

In addition, due to the rebalancing mechanism, the cumulative returns within a certain period may not completely match the target leverage multiple.
