Sora Ventures and BTC Inc. took over the board of directors of HK Asia Holdings, a Hong Kong-based BTC company, and established core management functions including audit, compensation, nomination and ESG committees. The new board of directors, which includes 12 members, including David Bailey, John Riggins and Jason Fang, marks the transition to direct management. Previously, Sora Ventures and BTC Inc. each acquired a one-third stake in Metaplanet.
