Blockchain Association Asks Trump to Prioritize Crypto in His Policies
The Blockchain Association is asking Donald Trump to prioritize crypto in his policies in the first 100 days of his presidency. The association is asking for innovation and growth by restructuring federal oversight of the crypto industry.
It is known that the request was made because the previous administration restricted crypto to traditional banking services, making it difficult to manage operations such as employee payments and taxes.
Not only that, the association also asked Trump to prioritize changing the leadership at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Treasury Department.
"For years, US crypto innovators have been targeted and, in some cases, driven abroad by a hostile regulatory regime," the Blockchain Association wrote in a letter.
