Matthew Lilley, chief technology officer of Sushi, posted a warning on social media that Sushi had been attacked by a front-end vulnerability, and that a commonly used Web3 connector appeared to have been compromised, allowing malicious code to be injected to affect numerous DApps. Users are requested not to interact with any dApps until further notice. The suspicious code stems from the GitHub page of hardware wallet provider Ledger. One X user pointed out that Ledger's library had been broken and replaced with a token consumer.
