The meeting emphasized the importance of coordinating development and safety, and cautiously and orderly conducting road testing and demonstration applications of intelligent connected vehicles. Local authorities should conduct comprehensive self-assessments based on recent safety incidents, identify and analyze major issues, and carefully implement rectification work; they should establish and improve work mechanisms, refine relevant management policies, strengthen safety supervision throughout the entire process, enhance emergency response capabilities, and ensure the safe and orderly conduct of testing and demonstration activities.
