Reporters learned today that in 2025, the State Administration for Market Regulation will continue to make full use of the “supervisory spot checks” sword, and will step up product spot checks for products that have prominent risk and hidden hazards as well as those that are of concern to social livelihoods. In 2025, across the country, market regulation departments will conduct supervisory spot checks of 225,000 enterprises and 1.097 million batches of products, handle 90,000 batches of non-conforming products, and substantially increase the number of batches subjected to supervisory spot checks of products sold online. The administration will also innovate and advance quality and technical assistance, carry out the “You Point, I Help” activity, and cumulatively provide support to 129,000 enterprises, covering 2,243 concentrated production areas, helping enterprises increase industrial output value by 42.04 billion yuan, and promoting the healthy development of the industry through quality improvements.
