I'm in my thirties this year, having seen the myth of sudden wealth and also witnessed people flying through the air.

Someone asked me, "Have you made money?" I smiled—between 2022 and 2025, my account surpassed eight figures.

The secret? It's not talent, nor luck, but "stability"—the 3-2-1 rolling position method. With it, I steadily earned over 120k.

Step 1: 3—Initial testing waters
Total capital of 120k, start by risking 30%, which is 36k. When the market is uncertain, a small position can protect your life and observe the market rhythm. Greed and panic will only cause you to exit early.
Step 2: 2—Add on dips
When the price retraces to a key support level or drops 10%-20%, add another 20%. Gradually average down your cost, turning volatility into your friend. Over time, you'll find that while others panic, you're quietly accumulating chips.
Step 3: 1—Confirm trend and fully add
When the trend becomes clear and the direction is obvious, add the final 10%. Position in place, set stop-loss and take-profit orders properly, and stay emotionally detached throughout. Lock in profits and keep risks manageable.

Many of my friends have lost everything chasing rallies and trying to get rich overnight, ending up with nothing even of their principal. But I rely on calmness, restraint, and phased operations to slowly turn small funds into a large treasury.

The core is discipline and patience: don't chase highs, don't blindly add, and don't be greedy for a moment. Let the market expose opportunities itself; you just need to follow the rhythm.
Ten years of practical experience has taught me: persistence is priceless.

A single tree cannot support a forest; moving forward alone is less effective than following the crowd! Having a good team to guide you is always much better than fighting alone! #加密市场小幅下跌
