Aotejia: The Suzhou Aotemon New Energy Motor Co., Ltd., jointly invested with Suzhou Botemon Motor Co., Ltd., has completed the business registration procedures.

Aotejia announces that to deepen cooperation with key suppliers in the industry chain and expand the company’s automotive parts business layout, the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Aotejia Investment Co., Ltd., signed an agreement on January 23 with Suzhou Botemon Motor Co., Ltd. to jointly invest in establishing Suzhou Aotemon New Energy Motor Co., Ltd. On March 12, 2026, the joint venture company received the business license issued by the Data Bureau of Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City, completing the industrial and commercial registration procedures. The joint venture company has not yet engaged in specific business activities. In future operations and management, it may face various uncertainties such as market risk, management risk, the business plan not meeting expectations, and changes in policies and regulations, which bring uncertainty to the company’s investment returns.
