According to BTC Times, research on quantum-resistant Bitcoin security continues to advance, with researchers proposing several new schemes and prototype implementations. Jonas Nick proposed a hash signature scheme called SHRIMPS that supports multi-device signing; Avihu Levy introduced a quantum-safe transaction construction method called QSB that does not require soft forks; Olaoluwa Osuntokun developed a zk-STARK-based wallet recovery prototype that can prove ownership without exposing the mnemonic. Currently, multiple quantum-resistant approaches are being explored in parallel to address potential future cryptographic risks.
