Red Cat Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCAT) has acquired Apium Swarm Robotics, a developer of distributed control systems for autonomous swarming drones and uncrewed surface vessels. This acquisition aims to integrate Apium’s multi-agent autonomy across Red Cat’s Family of Systems, enhancing capabilities for coordinated operations in challenging environments. Apium will operate as an independent company, continuing to scale its technology which has been previously demonstrated with Red Cat’s drones at military and innovation events.
