Industry profits improve; starch companies' startup rates gradually increase

Affected by the improvement in profit margins in the corn starch industry, the startup rate of corn starch enterprises is gradually increasing, and the supply side is relatively ample.
According to data from Mysteel’s agricultural products survey, this week (March 26 - April 1, 2026), the total nationwide corn processing volume is 664k tons, an increase of 24.1k tons compared to last week;
the weekly national corn starch production is 351.1k tons, an increase of 17.5k tons compared to last week;
the weekly startup rate is 64.17%, up 3.2% from last week.
