so you have all this corruption around the world because the elite can take all this, build on wealth, and move it to Hong Kong, to Dubai, to New York, to London.
that's the root of all evil.
if you are not allowed to move money around, then they're stuck taking care of their own people, they're stuck rejuvenating their own nation, they're forced to make their own home a better place because they have to live in it.
