Qatar: Intercepted two Iranian missiles, the third hit the oil tanker
Xinhua News Agency Doha, April 1 — (Reporter Wang Qiang) The Qatari Ministry of Defense stated on April 1 that Qatar was attacked by three cruise missiles from Iran on the same day. Qatar successfully intercepted two of them, while the third missile hit an oil tanker rented by Qatar Energy Company, located in Qatar’s exclusive economic zone.
The Qatari Ministry of Defense said that relevant departments have taken measures to evacuate the crew of the oil tanker. There are 21 crew members on board, and the attack did not cause any casualties. (End)
