Nuwellis, Inc. announced the immediate resignations of Mika Grasso and Katharyn Field from its Board of Directors due to disagreements over timely information access. The company disputes their allegations but has reduced its board size from seven to five members. This comes as Nuwellis’s stock has plummeted, but it also recently reported increased Q4 2025 revenue and completed the acquisition of Rendiatech.
