Microsoft has ended non-disclosure agreements with four west Michigan communities regarding its data center development plans. This action releases municipal officials from their obligation to keep details about these developments confidential. The letters were sent to Dorr Township, Lowell Charter Township, the City of Lowell, and Gaines Charter Township in late February.
