People’s Finance Information, April 8 — According to the Qichacha app, recently, Zhejiang Sunrise Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a company related to GPU chip company Sunrise (Sunrise), underwent business registration changes. Its registered capital increased from 979 million yuan to approximately 1.113 billion yuan. Previously, the company had already carried out one round of capital increase, and its company type was changed to a joint-stock company. According to the information available, Sunrise focuses on high-performance GPU R&D and positions itself as a “chip company that understands AI better.”
