Lakeland Financial Corporation was incorporated in Indiana on February 8, 1983, and was formed as a bank holding company under the “Amendments to the 1956 Bank Holding Company Act.” The company holds all issued shares of Lake City Bank. Lake City Bank is located in Warsaw, Indiana, and is a full-service commercial bank. The bank authorizes its wholly owned subsidiary, LCB Investments II, Inc., to manage certain investment products for the bank. Besides holding shares issued by the bank and managing the bank’s operations, the company is not involved in any other business.

Bank deposits are guaranteed by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation. The bank’s operations cover various areas of commercial banking, including checking accounts, savings deposits, time deposits, the buying and selling of securities repurchase agreements, commercial, real estate, and agricultural loans, direct and indirect consumer loans, commercial and residential real estate mortgages, retail and commercial credit card services, corporate financial management services, retirement services management, bonds, safe deposit box services and wealth advisory, and trust and brokerage services.
