[Illustrated Bull and Bear Stocks] Battery concept stocks lead the gains, and the green energy sector remains actively engaged.
Caixin Media reported on March 28: This week, the three major A-share indexes saw volatile pullbacks. Among them, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.10% for the week, the Shenzhen Component fell 0.76% for the week, and the ChiNext Index fell 1.68% for the week. This week, green power and battery-related sectors led the gains, while energy metals and defense equipment reorganization concept stocks were active.
This week, battery concept stocks led the gainers. Among them, Haike Xinyuan surged 51.02% week-on-week, and Tianhua Xinneng rose 34.00% week-on-week. Regarding news, according to the latest research results from West Lake University, the team led by Wang Jianhui, a specially-appointed researcher at the School of Engineering, developed a shuttle-coupled electrolyte. It successfully achieved highly synchronous planar deposition and dissolution of lithium metal, breaking through the core bottleneck of short cycle life in anode-free lithium batteries. Meanwhile, amid the shock of high oil prices, the development of new energy battery industries and technologies has attracted significant attention worldwide.
This week, the green power sector remained active, with Huadian Liaoneng rising 43.61% week-on-week and Ningbo Energy up 39.73% week-on-week. Regarding news, the 《Shenzhen Action Plan for Accelerating High-Quality Development of the Artificial Intelligence Server Industry Chain (2026—2028)》 proposes, in response to domestic and international market demand, to build a “photovoltaics/offshore wind power + energy storage + direct green power linkage” zero-carbon data center benchmark and demonstration on a localized basis, helping meet computing power demand locally and enabling efficient utilization of green electricity. According to data from the National Energy Administration, as of the end of February, the country’s cumulative installed power generation capacity reached 3.95 billion kW, up 15.9% year-on-year. The National Data Bureau is promoting the coordinated development of computing and electricity. The share of green electricity for newly built computing power infrastructure will exceed 80%, driving a surge in direct green power linkage data center projects across regions.
In terms of net inflows of primary (main) funds this week, Ganfeng Lithium and Hengtong Opto-Electronic recorded net inflows of over 2 billion yuan. In terms of net outflows of primary funds, this week, Zhiqiang Innovation, Oriental Fortune, and Goertek Technology saw net outflows of over 3 billion yuan.
