Today, Zhengzhou Rapeseed Meal futures opened higher and then fluctuated downward.

Today, Zhengzhou rapeseed meal futures opened higher and then traded choppily before falling. Canadian canola seed futures closed higher, with the benchmark contract up 1.00%, tracking gains in the international crude oil futures market. Rapeseed meal spot prices slipped slightly; overall rapeseed meal demand remains weak. In major producing areas such as South China, field sowing has not yet started on a large scale. Feed enterprises generally adopt a low-inventory strategy, only maintaining rigid replenishment needs, which has kept oil mills’ rapeseed meal pickup volume at a relatively low level of 9.1k tons. In the short term, rapeseed meal futures are likely to trade weakly in a range. (China Feed Industry Information Network)
