Century Hengtong Announcement: The company’s controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, Mr. Yang Xinghai, has had 11.33 million shares of the company (accounting for 32.81% of the shares he holds and 11.48% of the company’s total share capital) that he holds judicially frozen recently. These are restricted shares; the freeze date is March 17, 2026, and the expected release (unfreeze) date is March 16, 2029. This share freeze is mainly due to a divorce dispute between Mr. Yang Xinghai personally and his spouse. At present, it will not affect the company’s control.
