Breaking News! A Major Positive Development! The Middle East Situation Shows Signs of Improvement. Will A-Share Markets Experience an Unexpected Rally Tomorrow?

The market is buzzing with important news: tensions in the Middle East are expected to ease, which also explains why Japanese and Korean stock markets led the gains today. As trading opens tomorrow on Tuesday, will the A-Share market deliver a surprising rebound? Let’s get straight to the point.
Latest reports indicate that the Palestinian mediators have submitted a ceasefire and violence halt plan to both the US and Iran. The core idea is to immediately cease fire first, then push for a comprehensive agreement. According to this plan, both sides aim to achieve a ceasefire and reopen the Strait of Hormuz by the 6th, then finalize the final agreement within 15 to 20 days. Currently, both the US and Iran have received this proposal.
However, Iran’s stance is clear: they believe the US is not ready for a permanent ceasefire and therefore refuse to open the Strait of Hormuz under a “temporary ceasefire” condition.
Iran’s concerns are not unfounded. The US has been unpredictable in the past, even taking sudden actions during negotiations. If only a temporary ceasefire is reached and the strait is opened, Iran will lose a key bargaining chip. Once oil flows normally, the US will gain more buffer space and time to prepare, which is entirely understandable.
The US has not yet made an official statement. Previously, Trump’s 48-hour ultimatum was extended by another day, with the new deadline set for the 7th, around 8 a.m. Wednesday local time.
Overall, the ceasefire plan proposed by Palestine offers a clear hope for de-escalation and has positive significance for all parties involved. This is also a major reason why Japanese and Korean markets performed strongly today. If both the US and Iran accept this plan later, the market is likely to see an unexpectedly strong rebound, which is worth closely watching.
However, one key question remains: why does this plan not involve Israel? Is Israel fully following the US stance, or does it still have no intention to withdraw troops? This will directly impact the subsequent market rebound strength. #Gate广场四月发帖挑战
