Atlantic Notice: 2025 operating revenue was 3.71B yuan, up 4.31% year over year. Net profit was 182 million yuan, up 17.56% year over year. The profit distribution proposal approved by the board of directors is based on the company’s total share capital registered on the equity distribution record date for the company’s 2025 annual implementation. Cash dividends of 1.2 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) will be distributed to all shareholders. As of December 31, 2025, the company’s total share capital is 898 million shares; based on this, a total cash dividend of 108 million yuan is expected to be distributed.
