I noticed an interesting trend—this year, the record fortunes of the world’s richest people are simply through the roof. If it used to seem like there was some kind of ceiling on personal wealth, now everything is being rewritten from scratch. This is especially true for technology magnates.

Elon Musk remains the richest person on Earth, and the gap between him and everyone else is just wild—about 726 billion. No one had ever seen a level of personal wealth like this before. SpaceX, Starlink, Tesla, нейротехнологии—he’s managed to get involved everywhere. This is no longer just entrepreneurship, but an entire ecosystem.

But what’s interesting is that behind him, a whole army has lined up. Larry Page, with his Google inheritance, has 270 billion, and Jeff Bezos, with Amazon logistics and AWS, has 255 billion. Then come Sergey Brin, Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg—all of them are tech pioneers who bet on the right trends decades ago.

What amazes me is that the richest person on Earth and the people around him among the top 10 mostly built their fortunes on artificial intelligence, облачные вычисления, and space technologies. These aren’t financial speculators—these are people who were creating the future. Полупроводники, AI, cloud—these are the things that are truly growing. And the США are dominating this more than ever.

Bernard Arnault with люкс, Steve Ballmer, Jensen Huang from Nvidia—even Warren Buffett, with his conservative approach—all of them profited from long-term bets. They weren’t trying to get rich quickly; they believed in the trends and held onto their shares.

I look at this situation and understand—when the richest person on Earth makes money from SpaceX and нейротехнологии, and the entire top 10 lives on the wave of the AI boom, this is clearly not a coincidence. This is a shift to a new level of the economy. It will be interesting to see how this will play out in the markets in the coming months.
