ME News message, April 4 (UTC+8). The Cyberspace Administration of China released a notice on publicly soliciting comments on the “Administrative Measures for Information Services of Digital Virtual Humans (Draft for Comments)” to strengthen the management of information services for digital virtual humans. It also stated that from the start of digital virtual human services, providers of digital virtual human services, service users, and service providers providing network information content dissemination services shall continuously display, throughout the entire duration, a prominent notice icon containing the words “digital human” in the digital virtual human display area, and shall comply with the relevant regulations on labeling of AI-generated and synthetic content.
