Saylor responds to Peter Schiff: Since August 2020, Bitcoin has been the best-performing mainstream asset.
ME News update, April 5 (UTC+8). Peter Schiff posted that over the past five years, the price of Bitcoin has only risen by 12%. In the same period, the Nasdaq index rose 57.4%, the S&P 500 rose 59.4%, gold rose 163%, and silver rose 181%. If Bitcoin’s appeal lies in its outstanding long-term performance, then why would anyone still keep holding it? Michael Saylor replied: “Time horizon is crucial. Since August 2020, Bitcoin has been the best-performing mainstream asset, and the advantage is very clear. If you extend the time span, the gap would only become larger.” (Source: ODAILY)
