On the evening of March 24, Fengxue Weilai Education Technology Co., Ltd. in Suzhou, Jiangsu, released an obituary. Renowned graduate entrance exam instructor Zhang Xuefeng (birth name Zhang Zibiao) died from a sudden illness despite efforts to rescue him.

On the evening of the 24th, a special treatment informed consent form—attributed to Zhang Zibiao—of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University (Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital) circulated online, and related medical documents allegedly leaked, sparking attention.

On March 25, a reporter from the New Yellow River called the supervision hotline of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University regarding the matter. The staff said, “Not really sure about this. You can call the hospital main line.” The reporter then called the hospital main line, and the staff hung up again, citing “not knowing.”

The reporter then contacted the Suzhou Municipal Health Commission. The staff said, “The leadership has already noticed this and is handling it.”
