I tested it out. After using up the daily 2 million discount quota, you can't immediately mine, transfer, and sell. Even with a 70-80% discount, there will still be wear and tear. Mainly, I ended up with a big loss haha (Mining, transferring, and selling probably require continuous play and more twists before turning a profit).
