The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released a notice on organizing and carrying out the 2026 municipal-area “millisecond computing” special action. In 2026, it is planned to carry out the municipal-area “millisecond computing” special action in 50 regions, to improve high-efficiency transport capability for computing power and to promote the integrated development of computing networks and transport networks.
