Heshun Electric: Yao Jianhua and concerted parties have reduced their holdings by 0.69%

Heshun Electric’s announcement: From September 16, 2025 to March 4, 2026, shareholder Yao Jianhua, who holds more than 5%, and his concerted-action party Qin Yong reduced their holdings by 1.7935 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.69% of the company’s total share capital. Due to the vesting under the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan, the company’s total share capital increased from 254 million shares to 258 million shares, and the three parties’ total shareholding was passively diluted from 24.47% to 23.40%. They currently hold 60.3273 million shares. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan to reduce no more than 2.5784 million shares and did not result in any change to the controlling shareholder or the actual controller.
