NVIDIA announces that Physical AI is here, driving the next generation of intelligent machines through a complete software stack.
ME News update, April 4 (UTC+8). NVIDIA’s official account, nvidiaomniverse, recently posted a tweet announcing that the Physical AI era has arrived, and that its development is rapidly expanding. The post states that starting from simulation in robotics and autonomous systems, a complete advanced library stack is driving next-generation machines for the real world. The tweet includes a link to a highlight video from NVIDIA’s GTC 2026 conference. The video shows that, two decades after CUDA was introduced, NVIDIA is redefining computing through its complete software stack. This technology stack includes more than 1,000 CUDA-X libraries, driving breakthrough advances across nearly all areas of science and engineering, marking NVIDIA’s shift from a hardware company to a full-stack computing platform.
