People's Financial News, April 3rd — China Passenger Car Association: From March 1 to 31, the retail sales of passenger vehicles nationwide reached 1.66M units, a 15% decrease compared to March last year, but a 60% increase compared to the previous month. This year, the total retail sales amount to 4.24M units, a 17% decline year-on-year.
