People’s Finance Network, April 3—According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Jieyi Starchen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.’s enterprise name was changed to Shanghai Jieyi Starchen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (a joint-stock company). The enterprise type was changed to a joint-stock company (not publicly listed; invested in or controlled by natural persons). Information from Qichacha shows that the company was established in April 2023, with Yin Qi as its legal representative. Its business scope includes: development of AI basic software; an AI entrepreneurship and innovation service platform; software development; AI general application systems, and more. It is held by several shareholders, including Yue Neng Qixin (Shanghai) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Public information shows that Jieyi Starchen (StepFun) is an AI large-model company.
