Introduction: Everyone, help by liking to be a little smarter, throw some tips, chat a bit, do the one-click three-in-a-row, make the data look great—then the God of Wealth will come, and good luck will arrive. Eat big meat every day. When Mingzhi’s mood improves, every day before market open, he shares stocks with a stronger-than-expected first board; during the trading session, he leads the hunt for dragons and captures demons! Actions speak louder than empty words—seeing is believing! [Taoguba]
Weekly Recap: This week, I look back on my stock trades. On Monday, I was in cash. On Tuesday, I boarded [the stock] directly: Yutong Bus (a stronger-than-expected first board). The next day, I sold too early—small profit. On Wednesday, I low-bought Shenjian Shares; the next day, I sold too early—small profit. On Thursday, I placed a bid at the opening auction for MenNuoHua; the next day, I did T. I also directly boarded Leshan Electric Power (a stronger-than-expected first board). The next day, after the opening it surged and then got sold off hard, breaking below the opening price and stopping the loss—dead in the face. On Friday, I did T on MenNuoHua; in the closing hours, I low-bought HuaDian LiaoNeng, but I missed a low-buy on the stock [“Da Dong Nan”] by hanging the order for 1 cent less.
Lessons Learned:
(1)About the 龙头 (leader) strategy.
Tianjin Pharma, Thursday it accelerated with a one-price limit up; Friday it had a big gap up with reduced volume and turned over quickly to snap board limit up—it didn’t meet the entry conditions for leader stocks. During the day, I waited for the board to break and then switch to the next opportunity to catch the replacement, but because the broader market was panicking, funds locked in and wouldn’t give any chance.
(2)About the stronger-than-expected first-board strategy.
I did two trades, and overall I still lost. For Yutong Bus, I sold too early—directly stamped it at the opening auction. At the time, I felt it was a sideway/odd play, so I didn’t want to watch too much. That’s discipline and rules, within my own recognition—no real regret. For Leshan Electric Power, because it’s from the power sector, even though the chart looked ugly, I still violated discipline and went in; the result was that it exploded. My mindset was very bad. I also repeatedly reminded followers during the session not to keep buying back into the re-closing of the board, but many people still got in after it broke (I even got in at the open). At that point, there was nothing I could do. I was initially very disappointed, but it did re-close the board—of course, it was a passive re-close. The reason I didn’t do the opening-auction press-it-down the next day was that on that day, its two “big brothers” (Xinzhonggang, Tongda Shares), and also HuaDian LiaoNeng (the “grandpa”) all had auction bids that were workable. I hesitated whether to run—luckily I made it by 1 point.
(3)About the low-buy arbitrage strategy.
Low-buying still had some payoff—mostly small profits. But the exit points weren’t great; that’s also because it’s within my own understanding. Here, I need to emphasize: the core of low-buying is that there must be meat (profit). But low-buying on “杂毛” (random sub-stocks) that shouldn’t be, like RunDu Shares, just got slammed and stuck. So no matter whether it’s opening auction, mid-cycle, or boarding limit up, the key is stock selection. Especially for low-buyers—since there’s no certainty—you must choose the core, at least the “core” that has already started adjusting and stabilizing. But for those random “杂毛,” once the market has disagreement, you won’t even get a chance to run. This is the stock-selection logic that should be carved into your bones.
(4)About “Watch A and trade B.”
This one is especially, especially, especially important to stress: in the future, you should watch A and trade A—not watch A and trade B. This is the most坑人的套路 (most trap-like setup). Every time I suffer, it’s because I take this kind of loss. Yesterday’s MenNuoHua—same thing: I ate this亏, and I also watched how others looked (Tianjin Pharma), then cut my own “grass” (MenNuoHua). Why do I firmly oppose “watch A and trade B”? Because it easily leads to wishful thinking, and then you throw discipline and rules out of your head. For example, Tianjin Pharma from yesterday—wasn’t it strong? But if you watch it and trade MenNuoHua, Beida Yiyao, YiBai Pharmaceutical, they just happened to be caught right when the main force was executing. Since everyone will be mentally fantasizing—“the leader is still there, will my follower trade pull up at the close-end?” Once you fantasize like that, the main force really will pull it toward the close. But that close-end pull is pulled according to retail traders’ thinking; otherwise no one would chase the rally. Alright, that’s the psychological-level takeaway. Retail gets fooled because the main force fully satisfies the retail trader’s fantasy; otherwise, retail wouldn’t fall for it. Then think about it again: RunDu Shares traded on Thursday—this is the same idea. When the main force satisfies retail’s fantasy, will it still give you good fruit later? If A is strong, do A—board limit up on A, place orders in the board queue for A, and don’t low-buy B just as a follower. Because it’s simple: always trade strength, never trade weakness. Sometimes we do follower trades on B, but what we’re actually watching in our eyes is core A—what does that mean? It’s like you’re doing Dong Shi (mediocre), while your mind imagines you’re Xi Shi (beautiful)—can you still get good fruit? So “watch A and trade B” is wrong. Then trading B while focusing on A is also wrong.
(5)Lack of focus—messy execution.
It looks like I traded a lot each week, but is there an effect? Ask yourself: did it actually have an effect? So, make up your mind—if there’s a leader, trade the leader; if there’s no leader, trade a stronger-than-expected first board. Doing stronger-than-expected first boards isn’t something you have to do every day—it’s for “rebound days.” On those days, there may be a hidden core or leader.

6.4 Handling Positions
(1)MenNuoHua: This stock is a strong trend stock in the medical sector, with convertible bonds. The “Zhang Alliance Master” ran, foreign investors and four quantitative desks took over. The Hangzhou faction locked in the position, and net inflow on the day was 133 million. Trend stock—usually the opening auction will gap down, but the key is the open. Once it opens, it immediately declares its stance—this is actually more important than the opening auction itself.
① Stronger than expected: opening auction above 3%, auction volume above 22k lots, and it immediately straight-up surges at the open. Check whether the first wave of the spike can break 44.43. If it can, continue observing. Watch whether it can hit the limit board; if not, directly take profit and go. Then watch the magnitude of the pullback; decide whether to buy back at the close.
② Meets expectations: opening auction between -3% to 3%, auction volume between 18,000 to 22,000. The first wave surge at the open is already the sell point; observe the 1-minute reaction when it sells off after the open.
③ Not as expected: opening auction below -3%, auction volume below 18,000. The first wave surge at the open is the sell point; when it sells off after the open, just run immediately.
(2)HuaDian LiaoNeng: This stock is a strong leader stock in the power sector. It first turns into a strong trend stock. Many big shots pretend to be doing T trading and are lurking inside it.
① Stronger than expected: opening auction above 3%, auction volume above 50k lots, and it immediately straight-up surges at the open. Check whether the first wave of the spike can break 7.7. If it can, continue observing. Watch whether it can hit the limit board; if not, directly take profit and go. Then watch the adjustment magnitude; decide whether to buy back at the close.
② Meets expectations: opening auction between -3% to 3%, auction volume between 4 and 5. The first wave surge at the open is the sell point; observe the 1-minute reaction when it sells off after the open.
③ Not as expected: opening auction below -3%, auction volume below 4. The first wave surge at the open is the sell point; when it sells off after the open, just run immediately.
7 Stronger-than-expected first boards
Board-hit rate is 1/3. Among them, 1 stock opened with a one-word limit; it broke and then re-closed after the board was hit back. 1 stock opened with a one-word limit; it broke and fell back and did not re-close. 1 stock opened high then went low and ended up faceplant—big slap in the face.
(1)Before boarding, take a look: is today a rebound day? If not, don’t board limit up; if yes, you can board.
(2)Before boarding, take a look: is there a one-word board giving guidance? If there isn’t, don’t board; if there is, you can board.
(3)Before boarding, take a look: is it a great beauty (good pattern, breaking recent new highs)? If not, don’t board; if yes, you can board.
(4)Before boarding, take a look: does it have recognizability (prior core stocks, popular stocks, strong stocks—with a strong board break and re-cover)? If no, don’t board; if yes, you can board.
(5)Before boarding, take a look: does it go to the board within 10 minutes (preferably 5 minutes)? If not, don’t board; if yes, you can board.
8 Dragon Capture—9 Rules
(1)This stock must have had a blowout volume and a rotten board yesterday.
(2)This stock has driving influence. After hitting limit up, it led the entire sector, with an order of tiers.
(3)Buy next day when it turns from weak to strong. In fact, it’s “yesterday was fake weak, today is truly strong.” It should board within 3 minutes on the intraday.
(4)Must have sector “little brothers” that give a one-word assist. Especially on the day this stock breaks the stalemate, it needs a “little brother” one-word as the main power—both of them can potentially gain fame.
(5)This stock is currently the highest target, with uniqueness.
(6)This stock is a popularity core; top 3 on various platforms is best.
(7)This stock is best to be a one-wave run; a two-wave is also okay, but pay attention to the big cliff: “can’t pass two beyond three” (“two is not allowed to extend beyond three”).
(8)Good origin: the day of passing the tribulation at the extreme icy-point, the day of sector and market resonance, and the day of major practical catalysts.
(9)This stock has support from the sector. It comes from the main storyline, has little brothers giving assistance, and has organized, fully formed backing.
9 One-Word Board Indication
(1)China Oil Capital: digital currency.
(2)Cuiwei Shares: digital currency.
(3)Beken Energy: oil & gas.
(4)Huiyuan Communication: optical communication.
