Jiang Limin appointed Chief Business Officer of An Darer Life, will lead Greater China business expansion

Recently, AnDing Life announced the appointment of Jiang Limin as Chief Business Officer. The appointment officially took effect on March 1, 2026.

Zhang Bos, President of AnDing Life and Senior Vice President of AnDing Insurance Group, said: “We welcome Jiang Limin to AnDing. Establishing this brand-new position, in line with Jiang Limin’s extensive track record, marks an important step forward on our business growth journey.”

Public information shows that Jiang Limin was born in 1975 and graduated from Renmin University of China in 2000, earning a graduate degree in International Politics.

In June 2002, Jiang Limin joined AIA Insurance. Over the following more than 20 years, he grew from the head of the Market Department to become a core management member of AIA’s China regional team.

During his time at AIA, Jiang Limin’s career trajectory rose steadily. He previously served successively as the head of the Market Department of the former Beijing branch of American AIA Insurance, a senior manager of the Life Insurance Administration Department for AIA’s China business, and senior general director roles for product promotion and the Market Department, among other positions.

Starting in April 2015, Jiang Limin served as the head of the former AIA China high-net-worth business as well as the head of the Channel Planning Department. Starting in June 2017, he served as AIA China’s Chief Multi-Channel Officer. Starting in April 2019, he served as AIA China’s Chief Customer Officer.

In 2020, after AIA Insurance’s mainland branch organizations were approved to be restructured into AIA Life, Jiang Limin was appointed Chief Customer Officer of AIA Life in July of that year, and in July 2021 he was approved to serve as Vice President of AIA Life. Later, in 2024, he concurrently served as General Manager of AIA Life’s Guangdong branch.

By October 2025, for personal reasons, Jiang Limin stepped down from AIA Life, ending his more than 23-year career at the group.

Regarding Jiang Limin’s work arrangements after joining AnDing Life, AnDing Life stated that Jiang Limin will lead AnDing Life’s growth and accelerated development, taking charge of business areas including channel development, strategic planning, customer relationships, product development, and strategic partner relationships. In the early stage after joining, the primary focus will be on implementing AnDing Life’s overall growth strategy in the Greater China market, especially enhancing the company’s brand, visibility, and business influence in the Greater Bay Area. Jiang Limin will report directly to Zhang Bos and will join AnDing Life’s Executive Committee.
