These sales, executed by various Silver Lake entities at weighted-average prices between $150.00 and $153.49 per share, represent a trimming of their stake. Despite the sales, Silver Lake entities, including Silver Lake Partners V DE (AIV), L.P., continue to hold significant positions in Dell.
