Zhengzhou's second batch of affordable rental housing online allocation on April 2

**Viewpoint Network: **On April 2, the second batch of affordable rental housing in Zhengzhou was officially launched for unit assignment. The entire process is handled online. Applicants can log in to the “Zhenghao Ban” app, apply in the “Zhenghao Living · Affordable Rental Housing” module, select a unit, sign a lease, and exit.

According to the introduction, there are 102 units (206 rooms) in this batch for assignment: 2 units (3 rooms) in the Zhengdong New Area, 49 units (103 rooms) in the Erqi District, and 51 units (100 rooms) in the Jinshui District. The water and electricity charges for the available units follow residential utility standards. The units are delivered with fine renovation, equipped with furniture and appliances, so residents can move in with their bags. Subsequent units will be assigned according to the renovation progress as they become ready.

Applicants must have full capacity for civil conduct, and their family must have no self-owned housing within the jurisdiction where the rental project is located. The units were launched at 9:00 a.m. on April 2 in the “Zhengzhou Affordable Rental Housing System” for unit assignment. Families that meet the requirements may select units starting from that time until all available units have been fully assigned.
