The French stock exchange Lise plans to launch the on-chain IPO of aerospace parts supplier ST Group on April 9.

Deep Tide TechFlow news. On April 2, according to CoinDesk, the French Lightning Securities Exchange (Lise) plans to list aerospace and space components supplier ST Group on its platform on April 9. This move is expected to become Europe’s first fully on-chain initial public offering (IPO).

Last year, Lise received authorization under the European Union’s “Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Pilot Regime,” and is the first institution in Europe approved to operate an all-tokenized equity trading exchange. Based in Paris, it is supported by French financial institutions including BNP Paribas, CACEIS (a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group), and Bpifrance.

ST Group mainly produces composite-material parts for aviation, defense, and space programs. It is expected that, over the next ten years, its potential project revenue will be about 59 million euros (about $68 million).

Lise positions itself to provide small and mid-sized enterprises with a lower-cost, higher-efficiency path to listing, replacing IPO processes in traditional capital markets that are lengthy and expensive. Tokenization technology enables faster trade settlement and more efficient ownership tracking. Nasdaq and the NYSE have also previously disclosed tokenized securities trading plans.
