China Super Holdings: Wholly owned subsidiary received government subsidy of 15.09 million yuan
People’s Finance News, March 31: On March 31, Zhongchao Holding (002471) announced that on March 31, its wholly owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Zhongchao Cable Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Zhongchao Cable”), received a government grant of 15.09 million yuan in a national-level project. This amount accounts for 66.63% of the absolute value of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the company’s most recent audited period. The grant was provided in cash form and is related to the company’s ordinary business activities, but it is not sustainable.
