Tai Po Hong Lok Park, 18th Street, odd-numbered units: a property with a practical area of 1,237 sq ft was leased out at a rent of $52,000 under the tenancy agreement; it was rented out earlier with no negotiation on the price, with an average practical rent of about $42 per sq ft.

Centaline Property says that, according to understanding, the new tenant is a customer from outside the district. Seeing that the estate environment is comfortable, the unit quality is high, the layout is well-suited, and the rent is reasonable, they decided on the spot to rent the unit for their own use.

According to understanding, the owner purchased the unit for $10.8 million in 2008. The unit leased out this time offers a rental yield of 5.8 percent.
