I've recently tried various head spa products, and honestly, it's hard to decide which one to choose. There are many brands like Ya-Man, MYTREX, and WAVEWAVE, each with different shapes and functions. A survey from last month comparing popular products revealed that the number of options is more than I expected, which was a surprise.

When comparing head spa devices, the most frequently mentioned feature is the strength of the massage and kneading performance. Of course, comfort is important, but how easy it is to use in practice also matters. Factors like the number of brushes, EMS functionality, waterproof capability, weight, and other check points are all important considerations.

Personally, I’m interested in Ya-Man’s top models. They feature six brushes with EMS functions and have high waterproof performance. According to reviews from people who have tried them, they say it feels like being kneaded by fingers—really comfortable. The price is just under 30,000 yen. If you prefer something more affordable, brands like Mandam or products from Curel Lab also have good reputations. Prices range from around 4,000 yen to over 10,000 yen, so you can choose based on your budget.

When comparing head spa devices, it’s also important to check if they have adjustable intensity, whether they can be used in the bath, and if they are lightweight. Considering daily use, lighter models around 200g are less tiring to hold, and waterproof ones are convenient because you can use them while shampooing. I think the key is to find a good balance between comfort and cost performance.
